That is an option on the General Options page of the list admin stuff, the first row that doesn't have a text box to fill in, just a button.
Personally, I much prefer replies set to the individual sender, since that avoids the common problem of personal replies being accidentally sent to the list. Many mail applications have a separate reply-to-group or reply-to-list command that will send a reply to the mailing list, but I confess I don't know AOL's setup at all.
