Do you mean 26.2 for the old Cinellis?

The classic test for determining whether you really have a Cinelli or a rebadged Windsor is the seatpost test; i.e., the Cinelli is 26.6, iirc, while the Windsor is a 26.8.

I believe that many of the Classic Italian bikes were 26.8.
