Especially for a Windsor, anything is possible. My Windsor track bike, which was, all in all, the best handling bike I have ever owned, had the seatpost reamed after the bottom bracket was installed with resulting steel chips in the Campy Record BB. One pedal around the block and it would have been ruined. Luckily I decided to tear the bike down to every bearing out of the box and caught it. It is really amazing because you could always ream the bike upside down for a half ass fix and the bike had perfect handling, alignment etc.
