Ah, Pelissier! I think there's a Pelissier small flange rear hub kicking around in the back room of a shop in Greenville, if I can ever get back in there again ....

The full-chromed Paramount I coveted for many years in a shop in Macon had a set of Pelissier high-flange hubs. Quite sharp looking, they were. And I've seen a Pelissier skewer somewhere in the last year or two.

But they're unusual - though someone was hawking really expensive Pelissier hubs online a while back. I can't remember the website, though. I want to say they were gold-plated, even ...
