$300 is possibly justifiable but only if it has fine parts & is in xlnt condition.

Brooks B66 or better...Quality tires...S/A hubs&rims... Beaver tail (ie.,oil-bath chain guard) S/A or better generator&lamps.

Or at least good paint, Good chrome on rims & brakes linkage, straight frame & guards.

There are far more of these bikes than than there are buyers.
