Gerald O'Donovan has I don't think ever actually built frames himself though he did a lot of the design work for Raleigh SPD frames. He always had framebuilders to that for him. And they contributed a lot of input to the designs too. He is certainly not building any now he's left Raleigh. Hilary Stone
