No, the early 1950s Campagnolo Gran Sport derailleur used the typical 3/32" derailleur chain not the 1/8" chain, (the pulley cage is stamped "CATENA 3/32" and the body is stamped "DA 14 A 26 DENTI"). It was for a four or five-speed freewheel. The 1/8" chain is for track or early (1930s) three-speed freewheel derailleurs.
