OK, for what its worth I did report the guy with the Derosa and I believe eBay handled it satisfactorily, to wit:

So there you go. The seller took a really sour tone with me about what he was doing, basically told me to mind my own damn business, bid or leave him alone and well, I felt it was high time for him to get a lesson in basic physics (equal and opposite reaction kinda deal). Hopefully, I did not accumulate TOO much bad karma by doing this.
