Why the Italian chauvinism? What about Stronglight 105 bis cranks, Mafac brake lever half hoods, Lyotard Berthet pedals, Normandy Competition hubs with Simplex skewers, Simplex SLJ derailleurs with original non-cutout Retrofriction shifters, Ideale 90 saddles, Zeus 2000 "swiss cheese" cranks? Actually, Grant Petersen has talked about having some Campy NR stuff remade, but was told all the machine tools and dies have been destroyed.
