Would seem odd for it to be discontinued, as it still seems pretty popular, with a lot mail order places, even the large ones, offering it. Also appears to be very popular as OE on Audax bikes in UK. Of couse with the shutdown of Brooks and questions about the future of Reynolds, any product can disappear, I guess. If the A-9 is discontinued, the Delta is the same basic design and from some sources only slightly more expensive. Not quite as retro, but I think the Delta goes back at least to the mid-80's.
