I believe the photo actually shows a 1951 Campagnolo Gran Sport derailleur (Tullio's first parallelogram derailleur after his original rod operated Cambio Corsa and Paris-Roubaix derailleurs). It was replaced in 1953 with an all new Gran Sport.
