Ah, what it has is a Simplex-type dropout, no stop notch, and the hole isn't threaded. Huret may have made this type as well, but Huret DOs after about the mid 70s were usually of the Campy type. If you are running a double, a Simplex SLJ derailleur is the solution. Long cage Simplexes were also made if you have a triple, but they are more rare. I think a lot of Huret rear derailleur like the strange but excellent Duopar either worked with either type DO, as the Simplexes did, or had different versions for Simplex and Campy DOs.
