This book was published in 1982. I unwisely sold my copy in the mid-80s, then searched for years to find a replacement for my library. It has glossy pictures of some nice classics, including 3Rensho, Guerciotti, Paramount, Pogliaghi, Colnago. Note the Super Record crank on the cover. No relation to the seller. About a year or so ago, someone advertised on rbm looking for a set of Top 63 brakes. I actually had a set I had no plans for and replied I had no idea what they were worth. I sent some pics, they offered me $250. for them with a pair of Tiger calipers thrown in. At that, I threw in the shipping.
Apparently its fashionable to have a modern, vintage style frame made but outfitted with vintage French parts.
