I have a bar and stem from a Lambert that someone can have if they pay the shipping. The stem is a cone style with the HB binder bolts blue sticker with a red "L." The bar is the one with the gold shim that says"this Bicycle has been Especially Hand Crafted for. . ." on the right side and "Lambert of England type Professional" on the lift. The problem is the shim is rivited on and 3 of the 4 rivets have broken so you can't remove the stem. Also there's a big scrape from whaen someone (not me) slid the stem on. I don't see any reason why you can't rerivet the shim with larger rivets. Anyway, drop me a line off-list and I'll get it to you.
