Marc is correct about the Eurospecial. It was a contracted house brand for Euro-Asia Imports. Since in is a "junior" frame, I have my doubts as to wheather it is quite up to the standards of a "normal" insofar as tubing used and frequently dropouts as well. Regardless they are "cute" and not really common, although the demand for such a thing is not very high. By the sound of it "petit" might be an understatement regarding your wife. Good luck with it.
