IIRC, its a Motobecane Grand Touring. These bikes in the mid-seventies and did feature a Stronglight 49, alloy rims (weinmann?), various derailleur brands (I specifically recall the SunTour VGT), Weinmann brakes, and maybe Atom hubs. They were the model below the Jubilee (which also had the 49d) and above the Nomade and another bike, whose name escapes me (MIrage?). Joe Bender-Zanoni can probably tell you more.
