If he's had this a while and has some attachment to it AND plans to keep it a long while, maybe............ Seems like with some looking a nice original one could be found. If he decides he has to sell it next year (and wants to recoup the expense) and tries to get $500+ for a UO-8 I don't think he'll be happy with the response. Sounds a bit harsh, and I'm not knocking it because it's a Peugeot, if I had a Raleigh Sprite I wouldn't spend a cent on it! I have a similiar Peugeot and it made a great single speeder.
