I just looked at and broke down my Jubilee. Here are the steps that worked
for me:
1) Release spring tension. 2) Use deep 8 mm socket to release the chromed ball-top locknut that removes from the outside of the derailleur, lower pivot. 3) Use proper screwdriver to remove cage and upper pivot bolt, from inside of derailleur. 4) Note that there may be one or more very thin shim washers between the spring and the cage.
Note also that adjusting the ball bearing cones on the jockey pulleys is pretty important for smooth operation....
