<html><DIV> <P>Can anyone determine what bike this is? It has a horrible paint job but the frame has unusual lugs, the workmanship does not seem great but with the thick paint it is hard to tell. The dropout have been reworked eliminating much of the bulk beyond the forged axle flats. The frame is believed to be 60's vintage. It rides well and it was cheap. I love the Simplex levers.</P> <P> </P> <P> </P>
