Checking the official "Chuckoid" Ron Kitching catalog, the Professional does use the adaptor (how they spell it) ring, though I see the 3-pin is called Professional as well. It looks like the difference between the Criterium and the Cyclotourist is where the inner holes are placed for a small ring.
I was never aware the adapter ring was 151. If so, now I have an inner ring for a record crank I have!
