Does anyone know a way of driving out the "hinge pins" (I'm not sure that's the right word) that hold the outer body of an old style gran sport rear derailleur? There are four of them, one at the top and one at the bottom of the outer and inner cover or plate (where it says Campagnolo Gran Sport). I thought a chain riveter might work, but no way to secure the bottom portion of the riveter to the derailleur. A punch?

Thanks.

Tom Hayes where it continues to snow in Chagrin Falls.
