I think It was easy for Campagnolo to meet some special order
to make 1st edition style SR derailleurs. Cage plates were same
as Nuovo Record . Other parts were same as new type SR. Necessary
parts were the old style arms and probably it had them as
redundunt stock of spare parts.
As is often the case, I find the older Pat. 77 is better made
than Pat.83.
