Find an original bike. With good photos and tracings for size you can recreate the art. There are a few possibilities for printing; all either time consuming or expensive.
H Lloyd has Falcon and some Raleigh decals, though not the 10-speed variety. Web address on the Rendevous site.
I've seen a lot of various Schwinn decals on ebay.
Still gotta find some reasonable way to clear coat them.
