Britain does not have bike shops which are really into classic bikes. Condor's shop in Gray's Inn Road is probably the nearest really sometimes they have some classics on display downstairs. If you're into recumbents try Bikefix in Lamb's Conduit Street which is just a short walk from Condor. All of the museums worth visiting in Britain are quite a way from London now Cornwall, Mid Wales and Coventry. But I'll let you have details if you're interested. Perhaps somebody else has another suggestion or two. Ray Etherton at Classic Bikes who is based at Maldon Essex is not too far way he doesn't have a shop exactly but has a very good stock of classic parts. Ring him on 01621 842150 to arrange in advance as he's not there every day.
