I also have some mid 80's Nervars, probably off mid-line Peugeots. They are a bit "aero" looking like a mid-range Japanese crank. By this time, they had abandoned the 128 BCD rings. These seem to be 122 BCD like Stronglight. The Nervar logos are mostly decals, overall not very exciting cranks. This must have been near the end for Nervar.
