The 2001 that is on my main road machine is just leather over plastic. No padding whatsoever. It is pretty light, but I don't think the rails are Ti. I asked about the difference between 2001 and 2002 because I don't think I've ever seen a 2002 and wondered if it was considered a better saddle than the 2001.
