Greetings campers

Just received a few 1975 BuyCycling magazines that have some road tests and articles that may be of interest within the group. Sorry, only five issues. I got snowed/iced in away from my puter on the final morning of the auction for the 150 issue stash on ebay, and was outbid. Major expletive strings deleted! All material contributions to the Osborn Memorial Library & Memory Restoration Center are welcome, and encouraged. If anybody has the April 1972 issue, I would really appreciate a copy of the Raleigh International & Professional road test article. It's looking like a long winter. When a used 1976 SR rear der hits $316 on ebay this week (many more expletives deleted), it's cheaper to read than it is to work on these silly bikes.

Road tests include Fuji Ace, Yamaha Viscount Aerospace Pro (Lambert), Follis tandem, Atala Gran Prix II.

Review articles cover Weyless Rollers, Shimano's Positron indexed derailleur (really, the derailleur is indexed, not the shifters), Shimano 600 and Suntour Cyclone ders (Only $25 for the Cyclone front & rear!).

Full page ads for Follis, Yamaha Viscount, Falcon, and Atala which includes basic specs for the various Atala models - Corsa, Giro D'Italia, Gran Prix, Competizione, and Record.

Builder/innovator profiles of Colin Laing, Earl Aldrich & Bob Reedy.

Nothing earth shattering, nothing very in-depth, all black & white, but if any of these fit into your particular niche, shoot me a message off-group and I will do my best to get copies out sometime after the holidays, after the postage rates go up, or whenever I get tired of playing with the new toys Santa may bring.

More snow on the way, and hibernation is looking better every day. Osborn
