Thanks, Nelson, I was actually the one who initiated the inquiry as I have been trying since Thanksgiving to order a Bates frame from Ray, but no one had previously been able to advise of an email or website for him. I've emailed him just now at the email you give and also at the email associated with the website. BTW, the mailing address shown on his website is different from that shown on the CR website, though both are in Maldon, Essex. Perhaps that is why I received no response to a letter sent three weeks to the address shown on the CR site. Dale may want to update the contact info on the CR site.
