When I think of fillet-brazed bikes, I tend to think of Jack Taylors or early Ritchey mountainbikes.

For the former, I like non-metallics with lug lining and or box lining. Blues, reds, greens, and yellows with contrasting lining really do it for me.

As to the latter, a rich metallic imron-like finish is nice, IMO. I'm especially fond of the carmel metallic that he was having bikes painted in the very early 80's.
