Yes, Doug is in Niles, as he has been for the last 27 years or so. (Niles is in Berien County, the county I grew up in.) He does not have a webpage, but he is in the phonebook.

I spoke with him a couple of weeks ago. He had recently been to Ukraine to donate bikes. Doug is very personable and his prices are very good.
