The 1037 <c> markings on Record pedals were, from my understand, large batch orders made exclusively for Raleigh, and I think (Schwinn). I have only seen these markings on Raleigh Professional models that came completely equipped with Campy groups. I may be wrong, though, but that is what I have heard.
