Two brands I can think of were Motobecane (anodized aluminum) and Peugeot (three main tubes carbon, but different from the Vitus model in that the carbon tubes were larger diameter than those on the Vitus). The Peugeot's carbon tubes were mated to aluminum alloy sleeves that were then inserted into the aluminum lugs.
