There is a special Campagnolo narrow head. I believe I saw parts for them in Larry Black's secret stash <abikie@aol.com>, but could be wrong.

I have this set-up on my 61 Paramount, but suspect it is not original. The Brooks saddle seems to be a B-17, but hard to read. As with Lawrence's, the top is stamped "CAMPAGNOLO" in all caps, in an oval. On mine, the centerlines of the the rails are about 29mm apart, which sounds consistent with Lawrence's measurement.
