I recall that Georgetown Cycles sport in Washington D.C. sold these. My recollection is that they were high-quality, very good quality but not best quality frames. I believe that the M stood for Metcalfe but do not remember what the K and other m stood for. (Ending a sentence with a proposition is something up with I shall not put.) hope this helps.
