One of my favorite bikes is a 70s vintage frame, with the gas holes on the forks sealed. Something rattles in the fork, but you never hear it riding the bike. It it like the paint job on many of those 70s European bikes, it does not have to be perfect to be a good rider.
I have no idea what the frame is, but I plan to make it to Cirque in May just to see if someone knows what it is.
