Subject: [CR]New to list/Question?

This is actually my third post to the list, which I have found to be a place of helpful information and lively discourse about classic road bikes.

Anyone heard of a "Tomi" bike -- probably Italian? I have an opportunity to purchase one but don't know anything about this make. (I have not seen it so I cannot describe it.) ---------------------------------- I have decided to document some of my bikes as per the list guidelines:

(O=original paint and correct components R=re-paint with correct components U=unrestored but complete and ride-able.)

O - 78 Jack Taylor tandem, Cinelli, NR with Campy Rally, TA Crankset, Mafac and Phil brakes. U - 71 Colin Laing tandem, curved stoker seat tube, modern Campy components, Phil hubs/brake. 0 - 64? Cinelli Special Corsa, crest on steel stem, bivalent hubs w red-labels, steel record rear der, all Campy except universal brakes, wide bolt-circle aluminum crank, silver paint. 0 - 72 Hetchins Italianate-fastback, Campy NR w triple, Phil hubs, Ambrosio adjustable stem. R - 74 Hetchins curly,Campy NR, Cinelli bar/stem, Brooks pro,Campy LF w Weinmann concave rims. U - 70 Bob Jackson, Campy NR, Cinelli bar/stem, Brooks pro, Campy HF hubs w Weinmann rims U - 73 Paramount, Campy NR, TTT adjustable stem, Phil hubs w SuperChamps O - 61 Puch Bergmeister, Campy steel grandsport, Weinmann brakes, Normandy Hubs w steel rims. U - 64 Raphael Geminiani, Stronglight crank, Normandy hubs with Everest freewheel,

Someday I'd like to get a 60's or 70's all-chrome Paramount -- 58cm c to t.
