I'll bite from this side of the pond.
Just turned 48 last week. Wife Susana and 4 yr old daughter Tabitha. Currently living in London but shortly relocating to the north of Scotland.
The removals man told my wife we had 26 complete bicycles which was news to me and disturbing for her ..The removals man is rubbing his hands in glee. Many projects/frames hang in the shed. All English except for the Flying Scot.
15 Gillotts, 5 Hetchins, 2 Ephgraves, 3 Holdsworths, 4 Claud Butlers, Selbach, Freddy Grubb, Paris, Stan Perry, Baines, Rotrax, Thanet, Armstrong, Hercules, Sun, Pat Hanlon, Allin, Dawes, Viscount. Lately I have been amassing wheelsets as I discovered Sam Salmon last October . He has built me 8 sets of wheels since. I know I will not find anyone like him in the north.
I currently commute 10 miles a day on the Viscount. I have only been cycling and collecting for 6 years. Before that I was a dedicated motor cyclist. I've never owned a car. Don't drive. I lost the m/cycle urge when my daughter was born and have since sold off most of my motorcycles. 13 down to 4. A'33 Rudge Ulster 500cc, a '35 Stevens 250cc, a '60 Bsa C15 250cc and a 1978 Montesa Cota 348 trials bike. I am a metal work technician at an art college. Mark Stevens
