I'll be 51 this year - with far more bicycles than I can ever ride (I think that's not a good thing!) and I remember someone on the list (the OLD LIST!) saying the more bicycles you own, the less you spend riding them. Seems to be a truism! Perhaps I'll whittle it down a bit this year?? (good luck!!). Here's a general & approximate count (by country).
Canada: 1 England: 6 France: 15 Japan: 5 Italy: 13 USA 14 Taiwan 1
Three of the above are MTB's (1 is lugged; 1 is Tig; 1 is non-ferrous) One of the above is a Cyclo Cross (lugged - Italy - Celeste!) Most of the rest are lugged, with the exception of (2) "Carpet Fiber" TREKs and a Tig Welded Co-Motion (done up in 80's componentry w/tubulars) which rides very nicely.
Nothing older than late 60's (except me!!).
