Used my 2 41t rings on several campy arms with no difficulty. The bottom of the tooth profile does impinge on the chainring bolt circle just a tiny bit.

A great question - I don't know if the arm needs to be modified to run a 41, but I do know that we sell lots of TA 41's and folks use them without a hitch - usually. Once over the years we sold one to somebody that did find that the ring contacted in a problematic way with the spider - but I think the person simpy filed the spider a bit or perhaps found another Campy arm that wasn't a problem. So, the upshot is that different typical unmodified Campy arms might have variations that help or hinder them in this regard. But, I suspect most clever beavers with a file and 10 min could do the dirty dead and modify there Campy arms with a small groove to mitigate the problem. Now, is there anyone out there that, unlike myself, REALLY knows what they're talking about on this? Thanks, Mike Kone
