Randy, Rampar was a name Raleigh used on Asian make (mostly Taiwan) Bikes, frames, and components. In the early 80's, I bought my daughter a Rampar frame for 24" wheels. It was decent quality, though certainly not a work of art. Served her well for a couple of years until I upgraded her to a Romic junior frame.
