At first, before looking at the picture, I thought this could be an early Campy Record track hub (no oil hole or clip, no RECORD letters on hub), into which someone has installed a Tipo QR axle set. This looks like the original hubs on my '59 Bianchi's, with one exception, the stamped logo is the one used on Tipo hubs. Maybe it's a later version of a Tipo? I've never seen one of these either. Of course, I had never seen, or heard of, a chrome-plated, steel, Campy small-flange, QR front hub before I found the one that I now own.
