Ken, your Catalogo Campagnolo is an older one and the Timeline has been revised more than a few times since, as I obtained more accurate info. The 1958 date for the #14 catalog was supplied by Frank Berto and corrected by me when I pointed out to him that his date for the Record front derailleur was 1960 (confirmed).
