Two things. First, check out Tom Kelloggs website for a few details on the Ross thing. http://www.spectrum-cycles.com. Second, there was a pristine one (Ross Signature), on e-bay last week that did not meet reserve - high bid was $212.50, I think! I would have bid on it but it was too small. Looked really nice - in fact it looked an awful lot like the 25'th anniversary frames that Tom is now getting $2,500.00 for. Same scalloped seat stay cap. I saw one of these in a Detroit area LBS many moons ago - mid '80's?. Very clean lugwork. And, Ross name or not, the graphics (or lack thereof), made a very clean, simple looking bike. I don't know about how many were made - but I bet Tom Kellogg could tell you. Richard Rose (Toledo, Ohio)
