Small commercial, I have the following available from Velo-Retro:

Joe Kossak, A Tribute -- 68 pages, Technical Editor of long gone Bike World magazine, Joe Kossak wrote a series of articles on components that gave a historical overview and covered the parts that were popular in the 1970s; very helpful for restorations. Also a small, mid-70s paperback _Bicycle Frames_ on the historical development of bicycle frames, some builders in the U.S. (Art Stump, Don Milberger, Tom Ritchey, and Colin Laing among others) and the early days of aluminum, carbon, and titanium frame development. Color cover. $12
