These titanium pivot bolts were an aftermarket item made and sold by OMAS in the 1970s and 1980s. They made kits to substitute aluminum and titanium bolts, nuts, and fittings on Campagnolo Nuovo and Super Record seat posts, brake calipers, derailleurs, cranks, and stems. OMAS was also the maker of the Super Record pedal axles and bottom bracket axles.

There was also a company called Pedrini doing the same thing in the 1970s.
