Here's another one I've been wondering about....
I have a French (22mm) BELRI stem with a BELLERI handle bar mounted in it. Are these two different companies with very similar names, same company but different spellings, etc? Can't tell for sure but the bar appears to have been with the stem since new (same patina, very old worn out hbar tape).
