Not a classic for the collector, but if anyone just wants an adjustable stem to actually use, Lyonsport does offer a very nice nickel-plated CrMo stem in both standard and Aheadset versions. http://www.lyonsport.com/stems.html

Also, any competent framebuilder can make one fairly easily. My touring bike has the ugliest stem on earth, with a dashboard and glovebox, but it works. http://members.nbci.com/josh_putnam/stem.html
