toI had Normandy high flange hubs on my 1976 Peugeot px-10. I believe that they were the Normandy competition-they had a gold band around the barrel. I never liked their quality. I felt that their bearing surfaces were rougher the campagnolo and I do remember bending the axle on the free wheel side. Lesser grade Normandy hubs were also available on bicycles such as the Gitane grand sport. I am not familiar with the higher level hubs. Good luck!
