To the Members of the Great Vintage Cycling Library: I've two questions I hope you can help me with. A mid- sixties Legnano was recently shipped to me without the seat binder bolt (that goes inside the frame). Does anyone out there have one he or she will sell me? If not, can you direct me to one who might have the appropriate bolt? Secondly, my Canadian friend has a NOS bicycle with a Columbus decal he has identified as the "early" version. Can you tell us the Year or Years the early decal might signify?
