3 bolts, and they measure a little under 100mm apart on centers. There are 5 very small bolts, in a circle just a little bigger than the outside of the BB shell, that appear to be holding the 3-arm spider to the cranks.

To repeat, 52 and 36 tooth rings and some large-lookin' bolts holding those rings on in the aforementioned 3 places.

No indication on the back of the driveside arm a la the stampings usually found on Shimano and Campy cranks I'm more familiar with. I confess to not having looked on the back of the non-drive side arm yet because the bike's in an awkward spot at the moment and I've come down with an ear infection that makes getting into awkward positions, well, I'll spare you the rest.
